Ortega Burger

Kua’Aina’s chile burger, topped with roasted Ortega green chiles, a mild-to-medium chile with a smoky, slightly tangy flavour. It is the Hawaiian cousin of the Southwestern green chile cheeseburger, and adding cheese, as the shop suggests, makes it one. The heat is gentle and the chile really is the lead flavour rather than a garnish.
