Avocado Burger

The burger Kua ’Aina is known for on both sides of the Pacific. A lava-rock-grilled patty with slices of fresh avocado, which melt into the smoky beef and make it rich and cool at the same time. Add bacon, as many regulars do, and it becomes the signature order. It tastes like a long lunch after a morning in the surf.
