Returns and refunds
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If the item arrives damaged, misprinted or is simply not what you ordered, it is replaced or refunded in full at no cost to you. Report it within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo of the item and the shipping label. Print defects are usually resolved with a replacement rather than a return, because sending the faulty item back costs more than reprinting it.
Wrong size
Everything is printed to order, so a size change is handled as a new order rather than an exchange. Measure against a garment you already own and check the size chart on the product page before buying — it is the single most common reason people write in.
Changed your mind
Print-on-demand items are made specifically for you and are not restocked, so we cannot accept returns simply because an item is no longer wanted. If you are in a jurisdiction with a statutory cooling-off right for distance sales, that right still applies and overrides this paragraph — write to us and we will handle it.
Cancelling an order
An order can be cancelled while it is still queued for production, which is usually the first few hours. Once printing has started it cannot be stopped. Contact us as soon as possible and we will check the status with Fourthwall.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Fourthwall, who took the payment. Banks typically post the money within 5–10 business days after the refund is issued. Original shipping is refunded when the fault is ours; it is not refunded when a parcel is returned because nobody collected it.
Gear bought elsewhere
The burger gear listed in the shopis not sold by us — those are links to a retailer. Returns for those purchases follow that retailer's policy and must be arranged with them, not with Burgerman.
