Who ships your order
Merch sold through the shop is produced and fulfilled by Fourthwall, our print and fulfilment partner. Fourthwall is the merchant of record: they take the payment, print the item, hand it to the carrier and handle delivery problems. Burgerman does not hold stock and does not process payments.
Production time
Items are printed on demand rather than pulled off a shelf, so every order has a production step before it ships. Apparel is typically produced within 2–7 business days. Orders with several different items may ship in more than one parcel as each item finishes production.
Delivery estimates
Once an order leaves the facility, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days inside the United States and 7–20 business days internationally, depending on the destination and the service selected at checkout. Exact options, prices and estimates for your address are shown on the Fourthwall checkout page before you pay — nothing is hidden until after payment.
Tracking
A confirmation email is sent when the order is placed and a second one with tracking when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Tracking can take a day or two to start updating after the first scan. If nothing has moved a week after dispatch, contact us and we will chase it with Fourthwall.
Customs and import charges
International orders may attract import duty, VAT or a handling fee charged by your local customs authority. These are set by your country, are not collected by us, and are not included in the price shown at checkout. Refusing a parcel to avoid these charges is treated as a return and the outbound shipping is not refunded.
Wrong or missing address
Check the address before paying. If a parcel is returned to the facility because the address was wrong or incomplete, it can be reshipped once the correct address is supplied, but the second shipping charge is payable by the customer.
