Pigma

A breakfast-for-dinner burger: beef with a fried egg, bacon, cheddar and Goiko mayo. Cut into the yolk and it becomes a sauce for everything else. It is one of those combinations that has been done a thousand times and still feels like a treat when done this generously.

    About Goiko

    • Spain
    • Since 2013
    • $$

Goiko started in Madrid in 2013, when Venezuelan-born Andoni Goicoechea opened a small burger restaurant built around the kind of messy, heavily loaded burgers he loved. It caught on almost immediately, spread across Spain, and became one of the country’s most recognisable restaurant brands in barely a decade.

Well over a hundred restaurants across Spain, with a growing presence in other European countries.
