One of Giraffas’ most popular sandwiches, and a very Brazilian burger. A seasoned beef patty with bacon, melted mozzarella and a fried egg, plus lettuce, tomato and the house mayonnaise. The egg is the giveaway: a fried egg on a burger is a habit of Brazilian snack bars, and it makes the whole thing rich and messy. Go with fries, as the combo intends.
