Bacon Egg Burger

  • Signature
  • 461 kcal

The burger First Kitchen has been making since it opened: a smashed beef patty with an egg cooked in the shop, bacon, a chunky tartar sauce and ketchup. The tartar and egg make it creamy and soft, almost a breakfast sandwich, and the ketchup keeps it tasting like a burger. It is the one to order on a first visit; add cheddar for the Cheese Bacon Egg version.
