Slater's 50/50

Rosemary Turkey

Slater’s lighter option, though it does not feel like one. Spiced all-natural turkey with rosemary-Parmesan bacon, smoked Gouda, organic greens, pickled red onions, roasted red peppers, tomato and garlic aioli on a honey wheat bun. The smoked cheese and herby bacon do a lot to stop turkey tasting dry, and the pickled onions keep it bright. A good pick for anyone tired of beef.

    About Slater's 50/50

    • Since 2009
    • $$

Scott Slater opened the first Slater’s 50/50 in Anaheim Hills, California, around 2009 with one idea so simple it is surprising nobody had built a restaurant on it before: a burger patty made from half ground beef and half ground bacon. The bacon is not on the burger, it is the burger.

A small chain based in Southern California, with a few locations in other states.
