The Tur-Cali Club
A turkey burger dressed as a California club: a Jennie-O turkey patty with avocado, bacon, lettuce, tomato and spicy ranch on the potato bun. Turkey patties run dry, and the avocado and ranch are there to fix that. It is a good choice if you want something less heavy than beef but still filling. The Keto is the bunless cousin.

About MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes
Rich Hicks and Todd Istre opened the first MOOYAH in Plano, Texas, in 2007, part of the wave of “better burger” chains of the late 2000s. The name, the company says, is how a cow would shout “Booyah!”, and the whole brand talks in that tone. The first restaurant abroad opened in Dubai in 2013 as the chain’s fiftieth, and the hundredth opened in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, in 2016. In 2017 the founders sold to two private equity firms, Gala Capital Partners and Balmoral Funds.
Around a hundred restaurants in the United States and Canada, plus franchises in the Gulf states.
