B’B’B’ Bacon
The bacon lover’s burger, and about as far as bacon on a burger can go. The 50/50 patty of half ground beef and half ground bacon comes with bacon American cheese, thick-cut bacon, a sunny-side-up egg and bacon island dressing on a brioche bun. It is salty and smoky in every layer, and the runny egg is the only thing giving the bacon any rest.

About Slater's 50/50
Scott Slater opened the first Slater’s 50/50 in Anaheim Hills, California, around 2009 with one idea so simple it is surprising nobody had built a restaurant on it before: a burger patty made from half ground beef and half ground bacon. The bacon is not on the burger, it is the burger.
