Mushroom Melt
A short, savoury build: a patty with white American cheese and sautéed mushrooms. No salad and no sauce means the mushrooms and melted cheese do all the talking, and it comes out rich and earthy. A nice change from the ketchup-and-mustard burgers.

About Good Times
Good Times grew out of Round the Corner, a sit-down gourmet burger chain started in Boulder in 1968. In the mid-1980s its owners tried a faster drive-thru format, and the first Good Times opened in Boulder in 1987. The drive-thru outlived its parent, and in 2024 it simplified its name from Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard to just Good Times.
About thirty drive-thrus, almost all in Colorado, plus two in Wyoming.
