The Bambino idea at full size: a patty with American cheese, crisp white onion, pickles and the tangy Bambino sauce. With no lettuce or tomato it is sharp and punchy, closer to an old diner burger than to the deluxe builds. A good pick if you liked the sliders and want a proper meal.
The story
The Western Slope is everything in Colorado west of the Continental Divide — the orchards around Palisade, the ranch country, the part of the state that is not the Front Range where all the people live. Naming a burger after it is a local signal rather than a recipe, the same instinct that put a rotating frozen custard flavour of the month on the menu. Good Times grew out of Round the Corner, a Boulder burger restaurant from 1968, and opened its own first drive-thru in Boulder in 1987.

About Good Times
Good Times grew out of Round the Corner, a sit-down gourmet burger chain started in Boulder in 1968. In the mid-1980s its owners tried a faster drive-thru format, and the first Good Times opened in Boulder in 1987. The drive-thru outlived its parent, and in 2024 it simplified its name from Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard to just Good Times.
About thirty drive-thrus, almost all in Colorado, plus two in Wyoming.
