Supernova

  • Signature

The new smash burger: two Irish beef patties “smashed with unapologetic culinary aggression”, with American cheese, pickles, onions and smash sauce. Crusty, beefy and the modern face of the menu.

There is no copycat of the Supernova yet. Until there is, these recipes on the site come closest to it, judged by what goes into the bun.

About Eddie Rocket's

  • Ireland
  • Since 1989
  • $$

Eddie Rocket’s opened its first diner in Dublin in 1989, bringing the look and food of a 1950s American diner to Ireland: burgers, fries and thick shakes. It grew mostly through franchising and at its height had more than forty restaurants in Ireland, Northern Ireland, England, Wales and Spain, although the sites outside the island have since closed.

Around forty diners across Ireland and Northern Ireland, most of them franchised.
