The Classic

  • Signature

The signature hamburger: a 100% Irish beef patty, or a Beyond Meat patty, with lettuce, tomato, onion, dill pickle and Eddie Rocket’s secret sauce. A clean, diner-style burger that lets the fresh beef come through.

About Eddie Rocket's

  • Ireland
  • Since 1989
  • $$

Eddie Rocket’s opened its first diner in Dublin in 1989, bringing the look and food of a 1950s American diner to Ireland: burgers, fries and thick shakes. It grew mostly through franchising and at its height had more than forty restaurants in Ireland, Northern Ireland, England, Wales and Spain, although the sites outside the island have since closed.

Around forty diners across Ireland and Northern Ireland, most of them franchised.
