Photo: BurgerFuelFord Freakout
Named after the chain’s own 1973 Ford Falcon drag car. A smashed grass-fed patty with bacon, fresh avocado, salad and aioli on a wholemeal bun with tomato relish. Bacon and avocado is a safe combination, but the relish and wholemeal bun make it taste lighter than a typical bacon burger. A good first order.
