Bacon Cheeze Guac
A 150g smashed patty with bacon, aged Cheddar, tomato, guacamole, red onion and smoked mayo. The guacamole adds a cool, creamy layer against the salty bacon, and the smoked mayo replaces the usual RocoMayo.
