Cheeeesy

Four slices of American cheese between two patties, served on a bun turned inside out and grilled with butter. The toasted, buttery outside makes it eat like a patty melt crossed with a double cheeseburger. It is gooey, rich and entirely unapologetic, and the extra letters in the name are earned.
