Manly Burger

The pub-food burger of the line-up: beer cheddar cheese, onion strings seasoned with smoked salt, and little lardons of bacon. It is crunchy, salty and smoky, and the beer cheese gives it a gentle bitterness. Very good with a cold beer, which is presumably the point.
