Hot Chic Chicken Burger
A buttermilk fried chicken burger with coleslaw, pickled cucumbers, lettuce and smoked garlic aioli. The slaw and pickles cut through the crispy chicken, and the garlic aioli ties it together. A proper alternative to the beef burgers rather than an afterthought.
