    The hottest thing on the menu, with heat in layers. Jalapeños and habaneros, pepper-jack, caramelised onions, a spicy salsa verde and chipotle aioli with lettuce and tomato. The habaneros bring real fire and the onions bring just enough sweetness to keep going. There is a veggie version too.
