Kilauea

    Named after the Hawaiian volcano, and it is the hot one. The patty is crusted with jalapeño and black pepper, then topped with pepper jack, chipotle aioli, lettuce, tomato and Islands Reds. The heat builds rather than burns. Keep a drink nearby.
