Bierhaus Wagyu

    A burger that went to Oktoberfest. Half a pound of Wagyu with house-made beer cheese, onions grilled with Sam Adams beer, Bavarian mustard and mustard aioli on a pretzel bun. The salty, chewy pretzel bun is the key, and the beer cheese makes it gloriously messy. Best with, unsurprisingly, a beer.
