Cadillac Wagyu
Hopdoddy’s steakhouse burger, and it earns the name. A half-pound Wagyu patty with Swiss cheese, thick steakhouse bacon, crispy fried onions, steak sauce, truffle aioli, roasted tomato and peppery arugula. It is rich and savoury in every direction, and the arugula is the only thing stopping it from being too much. A dinner, not a lunch.
