The most grown-up burger on the menu. Grass-fed beef, aged white cheddar from Face Rock Creamery, a sweet onion spread and onions cooked soft on the griddle. There is no lettuce or tomato to get in the way, so it is all savoury beef and sweet onion. Richer and pricier than the classics, and worth it.
