Original Burger

The burger half of the original deal. A thick patty of family-farmed beef with lettuce, caramelised onion and the house B&L burger sauce, in a five- or seven-ounce size. You choose the beef too: corn-fed Nebraskan, richer and pricier, or grass-fed Irish, leaner and more mineral. Few toppings, so the meat has nowhere to hide.
