Oklahoma Smash Burger

A nod to the Oklahoma onion burger, where thin onion slices are pressed into the patty as it hits the griddle. Two smashed patties cooked that way, with pickles, burger sauce and lettuce. The onions caramelise into the crust, and it is cheaper and more casual than the Original.
