The classic and a best-seller: freshly ground beef on a butter bun with pickled cucumber, white onion, Heinz ketchup, mustard and melted Cheddar. Simple and well balanced; the Polish pickles give it extra tang.

About Pasibus
Pasibus began as a food truck in Wrocław. Dawid Bojarojć developed the first recipes, with help from Piotr Arasymowicz, and was joined by Piotr Staszczyński and Jan Kulisiewicz; on 21 August 2013 they served their first burgers from a truck nicknamed Pasibus Dziadzio, “Grandpa”. More trucks followed, including an eight-metre one for big events, and the first restaurant, Przystanek Pasibus (“Pasibus stop”), opened in February 2015.
Over thirty restaurants in more than fifteen Polish cities, plus food trucks.
