The CBO in all but name. A breaded, seasoned chicken breast with sliced bacon, crispy onion, iceberg lettuce, Cheddar-style cheese and McDonald’s Brazil’s own “CBO sauce” on a potato brioche bun. When fans campaigned for the CBO’s return, McDonald’s Brazil answered in 2023 with almost the same recipe under this name, at a hefty 900 kcal.
