About
Stripped back, it is skinless, chicken broth, garlic and dried oregano. Worth reading twice before you start: serve chicken on toasted brioche buns and top with bacon. It scored 8.2 out of 10 here after cooking it exactly as written. The full method runs to 4 steps below, with the ingredient list above it. Everything is measured for a normal home kitchen rather than a restaurant line.

- 3Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels.
