Herfy’s answer to the Filet-O-Fish: a crispy breaded fish fillet with tartare sauce and a slice of cheese. It is small and simple, and one of the few things on the menu that is neither beef nor chicken.

Herfy opened its first restaurant in Riyadh in 1981, founded by Ahmed Al-Said and Sheikh Hamoud Al-Ibrahim, then head of the Panda United supermarket group. A year later it set up its own bakeries so it could control the quality of its buns.
