Mudabbal Beef Burger
Mudabbal means doubled, and this is the double beef burger on Herfy’s taller Tower bun: two beef patties with two slices of cheese, a double cheese sauce, lettuce, pickles and onions. With both sliced cheese and cheese sauce it is the richest of the beef burgers, and messier than it looks.
