Franky’s own vegetarian patty, made from broccoli, cauliflower, kale, potato, onion and egg. Any burger on the menu can be built around it, so the Favorite and Miami Heat both come in meat-free versions.

About Franky's
Shahram was working as a carpenter when a trip to the United States in 2013 convinced him that food was his future. Within a year he had opened Franky’s Burgers and Sausages, a New York-style street grill of just twelve square metres on Sveavägen in central Stockholm. Without any advertising, word spread: the grill kept turning up on lists of the city’s best burgers, and the queues grew too long for the tiny space.
