About Franky's
Shahram was working as a carpenter when a trip to the United States in 2013 convinced him that food was his future. Within a year he had opened Franky’s Burgers and Sausages, a New York-style street grill of just twelve square metres on Sveavägen in central Stockholm. Without any advertising, word spread: the grill kept turning up on lists of the city’s best burgers, and the queues grew too long for the tiny space.
