A fully vegan burger built on the house veggie patty, which is made from lentils, chickpeas, sweet potatoes, beets and mushrooms rather than a meat imitation. With vegan cheese and aioli it is soft and earthy, not trying to fool anyone. One of the better plant-based options at any regional chain.
