- Ketchup1 tsp ketchup

- Sesame seed bun2 sesame seed burger buns, toasted
- Tomato1–2 slices tomato
- Iceberg lettuce1/2 cup (20g) shredded iceberg lettuce
- Dill pickle3–4 dill pickle slices
- White onion2–3 rings raw onion

Recipe
- 1Season the Impossible patty with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- 2Cook the patty. Grill or pan-fry over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through with slight grill marks.
- 3Toast the buns lightly until golden.
- 4Prepare the sauce by mixing vegan mayonnaise, ketchup, and a pinch of black pepper until smooth.
- 5Assemble the Impossible Whopper from bottom to top: bottom bun with sauce, shredded lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, onion rings, cooked Impossible patty, extra sauce if desired, then the top bun. Serve immediately while warm.
