Bambina

The small, uncomplicated BurgerFuel: one smashed grass-fed patty on a bed of salad with aioli, on the chain’s lighter wholemeal bun spread with tomato relish. No cheese, no bacon, nothing to hide behind, so it tastes mostly of beef and relish. It suits a light lunch or a younger eater, and it is one of the few burgers here that will not leave you sleepy.
