Black Angus Triple Cheeseburger
Three Angus patties with American and Swiss, pickles, ketchup, shredded lettuce and white sauce. It is less of a monster than it sounds, around 700 calories, and the two cheeses melt into one another. It suits someone who likes the beef-to-bun ratio of a smash burger.

About Arctic Circle
Arctic Circle began as a refreshment stand that Don Carlos Edwards set up at Utah’s Pioneer Day celebrations in 1924. By the early 1940s he had a barbecue restaurant in Salt Lake City, and in 1950 he opened the first Arctic Circle there. At its peak the chain had 308 restaurants across the West; today it has around seventy in eight states, still headquartered in Utah.
About seventy restaurants in Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Montana, Arizona and Wyoming, roughly half of them in Utah.
