The burger Seattle means when it says “Dick’s”. Two well-done patties with cheese, lettuce, mayo and chopped pickles, and nothing else, because you cannot ask for anything else. The chopped pickles in mayo are the magic, tangy and creamy against the crisp patties. Late at night, with a bag of fries, it is close to perfect.
