The small change that improves the whole slider. Jalapeño cheese replaces plain American, and its gentle, peppery heat plays beautifully against the sweet steamed onions. It is not hot, just livelier. If your sack is going to be all one kind, a few of these mixed in will stop the last ones from tasting the same as the first.
