Bacon Cheese Slider

    Steamed sliders are gloriously soft and a little one-note. Bacon fixes both problems, bringing salt, smoke and the only real crunch the slider ever gets. It is richer than the original and one of the easiest ways to make a late-night sack feel like dinner.
