Ghost Chilli Burger
The hot one: a vegetarian patty built around ghost chilli, with bold sauces and crunchy vegetables in a toasted bun. The ghost chilli, or bhut jolokia, comes from north-east India and was certified in 2007 as the world’s hottest chilli, a record it has since lost. There is also a chicken version, the Ghost Fury, with cheese and tangy mayo.
