Photo: Slater's 50/50Backyard Classic
The simplest burger on a menu famous for excess: Black Canyon Angus beef with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, dill pickles, ketchup and mustard on a brioche bun. It is the burger you would make at a barbecue, and it is here for the people at the table who do not want bacon in their patty. Plain, honest and filling.

About Slater's 50/50
Scott Slater opened the first Slater’s 50/50 in Anaheim Hills, California, around 2009 with one idea so simple it is surprising nobody had built a restaurant on it before: a burger patty made from half ground beef and half ground bacon. The bacon is not on the burger, it is the burger.
A small chain based in Southern California, with a few locations in other states.
