Old School Cheese

The cheapest burger on the board and a good one: a beef patty with American cheese, red onion, pickles, aioli, barbecue sauce and mustard. No salad, so it tastes like a classic cheeseburger, sharp from the mustard and pickles. It is one of the burgers you can pick in the rib meal deals, which tells you the kitchen thinks it is a safe bet.

    About Ribs & Burgers

    • Australia
    • Since 2011

Bradley and Savannah Michael founded Ribs & Burgers in 2011, and the brand still describes itself through the founders’ butchery background: grass-fed, hormone-free beef patties, free-range chicken, and ribs cooked to a decades-old family recipe. The idea was a sit-down grillhouse at fast-casual prices, with both of the things in the name done properly rather than one of them as a side act.
