Lemon & Herb Flame-Grilled

A grilled free-range chicken breast basted in lemon and herb, with lettuce, red onion, tomato, pink sauce and aioli. It tastes more of the grill than of a fast-food chicken burger, and the lemon keeps it bright. A good choice when you want something lighter than the beef. The chilli version swaps the baste for a hot one.

    About Ribs & Burgers

    • Australia
    • Since 2011
    • $$

Bradley and Savannah Michael founded Ribs & Burgers in 2011, and the brand still describes itself through the founders’ butchery background: grass-fed, hormone-free beef patties, free-range chicken, and ribs cooked to a decades-old family recipe. The idea was a sit-down grillhouse at fast-casual prices, with both of the things in the name done properly rather than one of them as a side act.
