The name is the entire pitch: chicken, bacon, onion. Crisp fried onions, cheese, lettuce and a creamy sauce pile onto a crispy chicken fillet until it barely closes. It shows up for limited runs in several European countries, and each return brings a small wave of excitement online. Richer than anything on the permanent chicken menu and impossible to eat politely.
