Bozhaira
The fan favourite and the most Saudi thing on the menu: a fried chicken breast with cheese, lettuce, crispy onions and Hasawi lime sauce, made with the small, sharp limes grown in the Al-Ahsa oasis in the Eastern Province. The box adds two tenders, fries, more lime sauce and a sour spice mix, so it leans tangy rather than rich.
