About
These air fryer burgers are seasoned from the inside. Diced red onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and a teaspoon of hot English mustard all go into the beef, so every bite has a little sharpness and sweetness before any toppings go on.
English mustard is much hotter than American yellow mustard, and one teaspoon is enough to wake up a pound of beef without tasting of mustard. Salt and black pepper, a full teaspoon of each, do the rest. Shape the patties by rolling a ball of meat and pressing it flat, then smooth the sides so they do not crack. They cook at 350°F for about ten minutes, until firm and 160°F in the middle.
