The double: two 180g flame-grilled beef patties with Cheddar, lettuce, tomato and homemade mayonnaise. With 360g of beef before cooking, it is one of the heaviest burgers on the menu. Also comes as a Super Bacon Madero.

About Madero
Madero is the work of Junior Durski, a self-taught chef who turned cooking from a hobby into a business in Curitiba, in southern Brazil. He opened a fine-dining restaurant under his own name in 1999, and the first Madero Steak House followed on 7 June 2005 in the city’s historic centre. The chain calls its cheeseburger “the best burger in the world” and puts the line on its website.
