Shrimp Cutlet Rice Burger (海味蝦排米堡)
A breaded shrimp cutlet between two griddled rice patties, also sold as a meal. Crisp outside and soft inside, with the rice bun giving it a chewy, toasty edge. There is a version in an ordinary bun as well.

Laya Burger opened its first shop in July 2002 beside the motorway interchange at Yangmei, in Taoyuan, and grew into one of the three big names of Taiwanese breakfast, alongside Mei & Mei and My Warm Day.
