Ahi Tuna

A burger that would be out of place almost anywhere else. Fresh-ground sushi-grade tuna is seared rare and topped with teriyaki, crunchy nori chips, pickled ginger, cucumber, wasabi mayo, lettuce and tomato. It tastes like a sushi roll in a bun, and it is surprisingly good. Order it rare, as intended.
